They still make it same way like they make it 150 years ago. They have more than 80 big houses where they keep barrels. Each house have they have 20 000 barrels and one barrel is 55 gallons.
Now we talking about lot of whiskey! There was many of good stories about mr. Jack Daniels when we were at factory tour. One story I tell here.Jack Daniels wake up very early every morning and start to work. One morning he was at his office and he try to open safety box but he   forgot combination
and could not open it.He get angry and kick it very hard and broke his big toe.He did not go to doctor ,he wait 2 weeks and when toe was so bad that he could not take any pain anymore then he visited doctor. But that was too late ,big toe was so bad infected that they needed cut it away. After next 2 years infection at his leg getting worst and worst so they needed to cut more and more. Finally they cut his hole leg. Those days they did not have so much medicine for infection. After they cut his leg infection was so bad that his blood was poisoned and he died.If you want learn something:DON´T GO WORK TOO EARLY!
